Disliked: During a previous 4-night stay at this hotel (23–26 June), I experienced bed bug bites and required medication. I only realized the cause of the bites the night before my next booking (29 June), and due to the short time between the two reservations, I was unable to cancel. Upon arrival on 29 June, I informed the reception about the issue, hoping it would be acknowledged and addressed.Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel remains unsatisfactory. While the room was tidy, the carpet appeared old and dirty, and the bathroom fixtures (such as the showerhead and tub) were outdated and did not feel clean. In the shower, there was handwashing gel instead of proper shower gel.The rooms are not air-conditioned, so due to the hot weather, we requested a fan. The one provided was partially broken—the speed control didn’t work properly, and the oscillation button was non-functional.In the double room with two single beds, the only power outlet was inconveniently located in a corner, which made it difficult to use.The total cost of the stay was £72 (£40 for the room, £10 for parking two cars, and £22 for breakfast for two people). In my opinion, this price does not reflect the quality of the facilities or service provided.I will certainly take this experience into consideration for future bookings.
