Disliked: The bathroom smelled. The extractor fan was full of dust and didn't seem to extract anything. There was a humming noise all night long coming from somewhere. The room was really warm and when I put the fan on there was chocolate bar wrappers blown from under the bed. When I looked to book the room it stated free parking but when I checked in I was asked to pay £5 a night.

Disliked: The rooms was that clean and the shower had scale All over it and notting for the kids to do and the tv had no access to the hdmi so the kids couldn't play the computer or watching think good

Liked: Stayed multiple times before, always had friendly service! Great location with various food spots opposite and short drive into Newport.
Disliked: On this occasion we had an extremely uncomfortable sleep across the days we were there. On the day we were leaving we were going to strip the bedding only to reveal the mattress, which was disastrous! It was piled in stains. We took it upon the staff as we were leaving who seemed very helpful and friendly and said they will leave it with there manager. Who called and done nothing about it because we only told them on the day we were leaving, which seems a bit unfair. The staff we spoke to stated this mattress was left outside and must’ve accidentally been brought back in which seems a bit bazar to me as we had our bed changed and staff should have noticed this during. Which makes sense why our sleep was terrible.
