The Live Hotel

Not sure if this room was for handicap accessible or if all the bathrooms are like this but the shower was not enclosed at all from the toilet and we took one shower and the both the bathroom and four feet into the bedroom were soaked! It was disgusting - didn't drain at all. There were puddles all night, I have pictures too! I was appalled - I hope no one has to go through what we did. I walked through cold puddles to pee throughout the evening - it never drained. Super disappointed for $200 a night?! Unbelievably terrible on top of the hour and a half late check in. They let us park an extra car for the inconvenience and tried hard at a customer service level but the room, OMG, atrocious.

Disliked: Shower soaked the entire bathroom and four feet of the carpet!

The parking was free and convenient. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was big. All in all, a good experience with no complaints.

Staff was great - they even opened the store for us to get a snack after our concert. Fantastic location. We will stay there again for sure. The courtyard is beautiful!

Disliked: It’s not a safe place to stay, the surrounding are it’s dangerous, there are homeless, drugs in every corner. The hotel is super noisy specially at night

Clean and quiet

Liked: Clean and quiet despite all the chaos around. Parking was good. Coffee shop was handy.
Disliked: It felt pretty sketchy around. Wouldnt want to walk the streets .

Good place to stay but...

Liked: Comfortable big enough clean room and bathroom. Airconditioner worked well, but a bit noisy.Microwave,coffeemachine and refrigerator made stay comfortable. Overall feeling of garden and premises was that it was taken care off.Enjoyed the stay.
Disliked: The restaurant had a very limited menu and closed early afternoon.The area did not have good eateries nor grocery stores within walking distance. Homeless people all around gave the area an earie feeling.

I loved the staffs willingness...

Liked: I like the check in, it was smooth and easy. When I forgot some items after check out the helped immediately.
Disliked: The shower was not great, the shower head worked poorly. The bathroom light isn’t proper for true comfort in the bathroom. The AC broke as I turned it on a piece fell off. My upstairs neighbors were ridiculously loud.
