Liked: Location was handy for getting to Wembley stadium for a concert.Bath was great.Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: A cleaner had left her personal belongings in our room, she ran back to get them as we were walking in. She flushed the toilet and came out with her bags. Potentially had been sitting on the bed before our arrival due to the compressed marks on it.The bed was the worst we've ever experienced; no protection from the multiple springs coming through the mattress and it was so hard. Very unusual in this day and age. Weird amount of white powder/dust around all the edges of the carpets, most notably in the corridors.

I like the hotel located...

Liked: It’s close to where I need to travel for work and has 24hr bar
Disliked: Some staff are very slow and ignorant

For the price, I suppose...

Liked: Staff were very good, greeted well on my arrival. read some previous reviews of poor staff, but this was not my experienceThe hotel is part of M1 services and there is a Starbucks, Burger King and a waitrose on site... these came in handy !
Disliked: A railway runs along the back of the hotel and with the window open, it is loud! might be worth asking for a room at the front of the hotel is possible?The rooms are tired and there are only basic TV channels. wifi was adequate.The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was poor (it was VERY hot weather on my first night and room was stuffy and hot even with the window open)The buffet style breakfast was poor if you go down later in the morning, I don't think they change the food on offer, I had breakfast at around 9am and the bacon was hard, scrambled egg was overcooked and the hash browns were cold!ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:I have only just checked my original booking and found that I should have been allocated an Executive room!(my fault for not checking!)But this is supposed to have had sky and cable TV channels, a safe and a fridge... all of which I didn't get as mentioned above... I'll know to check my booking properly next time!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. Rude staff. Dirty and broken rooms. Asked them to change my room because the bed was broken in turn I got poor behaviour. Very rude, hung up the phone on me saying it was “impossible the bed was broken”. Swore in their Indian language. Second room they gave, bed broken again. ACs don’t work. No cleanliness. A clear sign in the toilet says “ask for bath mats if you need” but the staff had no idea what bath mats are.
