Ramada Limited Norfolk

I truly enjoyed my room - the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet where my room was positioned. I truly enjoyed the amenities such as fridge and microwave because I always bring my own food when I travel. Bathroom was clean and I was able to enjoy my cigarettes in my room opposed to standing outside. Great front desk customer service and the staff was very helpful. All in all I would definitely stay again!

Liked: Very quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Just one outlet wasn't working.

One small hiccup. A/C stopped working but it was replaced with a brand new one. Maintenance guy, Paul, was super cool. He even gave my son a fishing pole! Great customer service.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Plain and simple.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst place ever. Sketchy neighborhood too.

Liked: That we received a smoking room, that's all.
Disliked: Dirty ash tray in room and dirty coffee pot. Two lights didn't work and they did not have anyone to come fix them. Rude front desk.

absolutely horrible. overpriced garbage.

Liked: Theres basically no redeeming positive quality. I guess the shower had good water pressure, so theres that. and we didnt get robbed.
Disliked: the entire building is rotting and falling apart inside and out. no amenities of any sort to be found which is shocking for the price point.

Don't do it don't waist your $93 it's definitely not worth it

Disliked: They have roaches my husband woke up with a roache on his ear and got the nerve not to give you and late checkout with only three rooms being occupied this is a crap hotel very old and a dirty blanket on the bed the tub was dirty but good thing I traveled with cleaning supplies and clean sheets and blankets crazy how they keep they hotels so nasty

I was very disappointed that they advertised the amenities, even though they knew they were not available.

Disliked: I stayed there a few times before, and came back because of the pool, breakfast, and gym. This time those same amenities were advertised, but when I arrived, I found out that none of them was available. I was looking forward to spending a lot of time in the pool, and not having to go out for breakfast. I believe I paid more for less, and was really inconvenienced. Ill stay somewhere else the next time I travel here to see my family. I saw nearby hotels that had people in the pool.

I will not be staying there again and no recommendations

Disliked: the room was nasty had blood on the walls and bed sheets property stated they had security never seen them

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the fact that my room was clean and there were no bedbugs or roaches present. I also liked the fact that the staff was very kind to me and assisted me with my bags upon arrival.
Disliked: Nothing at this time.
