Staff friendly, always spoken to...

Liked: Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, great since the last year has been trying, wished they had incorporated some fresh fruit but it was still good!!!
Disliked: Wished our room had a mini fridge and microwave but again, it was clean, comfortable, and staff was nice.

Just ok

Liked: We are familiar with Mt Sterling and Eastern Kentucky, so we wanted to give this a better review. The staff was great, very friendly. The room had been repainted in an attempt to update an otherwise outdated room. It was relatively clean (see didn’t like), and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the AC worked so well that I and tinder up and adjust it in middle of the night because I was freezing.
Disliked: The bad, however, started with check in. Had reservation for close to a month, and confirmed the day of travel that we would be there but arriving a bit late. Reserved a king room. Arrived and although very friendly, the front desk said all the king rooms were “locked” and couldn’t be assigned. So my wife and I slept in two different beds, as the room was two twins. Then, there were no additional outlets near the beds, or lamps that provided USB ports, so we unplugged the clock and lamp to charge our phones. —woke up in the morning and only one of the outlets worked, so we had to switch to aMother outlet before checkout. Then there’s the bathroom: the drain in the shower had a huge button that said “push” but it wasn’t working, so it completely blocked the drain. I had to get a wash cloth, pull the plug as hard as I could and place a the cloth there to allow the water to drain. Also, the toilet was very clean, but the lid had dark scratches on it that made it look dirty, and the bathroom light cover was full of what looked like dead insects (it could have been insulation or dirt, but perception). Overall, it was clean and comfy… but not what we booked and still needs to work on the modernization.

Liked: Awful coffee was mud quality was terrible, staff sat and ate Hardee’s while working the breakfast at hotel I won’t be back ,
Disliked: Everything needs improvement, I thought because it was a hotel and a lil pricey I wouldn’t deal with drugs locals using it for a party spot .

Liked: The room was clean! This is why I would stay again.
Disliked: Had no fridge and microwave. No way to keep drinks and leftover food cold.

Disliked: First room wad dirty. In second room TV wasn't working correctly and had no hot water until next morning

Won't go back to Ramada...

Disliked: Noisy, No hot water at all to take a shower and no one seemed to care or offer a discount.

Liked: Bed, pillows, temperature, air unit , quiet, location was great across from Cracker Barrel
Disliked: Breakfast was not so good, pastries were old, coffee was terrible , Everything in the room was unplugged- lights tv - puzzling. The light beside the bed would not stay plugged in,
