They need much improvement.

Liked: The night clerk. was very nice and she did try to make things right with us for the 2nd night of stay.
Disliked: 1st night was pretty awful. Room smelled and the AC didn't work as well as it should have. Windows were dirty in lobby, breakfast had gnats on unwrapped muffins. The morning clerks didn't even ask why we were leaving early. 2nd night different room somewhat of an improvement but not enough to finish our stay.

Very comfortable and excellent value.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Kept fresh and clean. Breakfast staff so helpful and friendly. We came back because of this.
Disliked: Our room was continually damp feeling on the first floor. Last time we were on the second floor and didn't have that problem.

Won’t stay there again.

Disliked: Smelled, floor was wet by air conditioner, plug didn’t work in bathroom for me to blow dry my hair, and breakfast selection was very lacking.

Liked: Super friendly staff. Need a raise for fixing the things which are definitely not part of their job description
Disliked: The room was super old and it smells on cigarettes!!! Bathtub was clogged so a woman, receptionist had to come and unclog it. Also shower was so old that she had to show us how to use it.

Liked: Not much to like. Breakfast not ready, 40 minutes later than stated. No place to put toiletries unless u put a towel on the open wire shelf. No toilet seat cover. Do not disturb on door was ignored.will not stay there again. Was only room available close to winchester with a walk in shower.
