Liked: The location was good for our purposes. The breakfast was as expected and was OK for this level of hotel. The room was relatively clean and tidy, also as expected for this level of accommodation.
Disliked: The smoke detector was entirely missing from the ceiling in our room. We had a late check-in and we were very tired so I didn’t mention it to the staff until check out the following morning. When I did mention it to the front desk clerk at checkout, she said she was surprised that housekeeping had not noticed this. She had also said that people remove them so that they can smoke in the rooms. However, I did not smell any cigarette or other smoke in the room. I said told her that this was probably a violation of fire regulations and that I would like to speak to the manager about it. She told me that he was not in, but that she had my email and phone number and would have him call me. It is now day three after check out and we still haven’t heard from the manager. Outside maintenance of the property could use some attention as well, especially with weed growth.I also wonder how often this room was rented out because there were three messages on the phone. Two of which were dated from February which was four months prior to our stay.

Liked: The pool was grimy and dirty , there was algea growing on the stairs of the pool , my son got hurt on the ladder of the pool , my family and I had to take a shower after getting out of the pool , and the shower in our room had low pressure , and there was no rubber safety mat in the shower , sorry were not happy at all , we will not being going there again
Disliked: Dirty pool , no safety rubber mat in the shower of our room , beds were lumpy and uncomfortable

Disliked: The rooms are dirty. Blood on walls. Tool and hot tub are dirty. Paint is peeling off walls. Doesn’t look like it’s been clean in a long time. Place is out dated.
