This was by far the dirtiest and most vile place we have ever stayed. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings; hair and bugs in the tub and sinks, and filthy linens. The staff was not helpful at all and we had to go get all the supplies we needed after we cleaned the room because everything was black. I will be disputing the charges on this room because it was so bad.

Disliked: The room was very dirty. There are huge roaches in my room the house keeper had to come in and pick up the dead bugs. The comforter had well over 20 cigarettes holes in it. When I saw it the house keeper just flipped the comforter. The bathroom door was coming off the ĥinges so the door couldn't close. The chair in the room was also broken. The key card didn't work for the room because the lock was broken. So when I would leave the room, I would have to call the front desk to let me back in. And lastly the pool is filthy, full of bugs and leaves and bleach tablets.
