Would go there again but never use the dining room.

Liked: Good clean room; daily cleaners were excellent.
Disliked: Extremely poor dining service - over 1 hour wait after ordering. Ate elsewhere after first night.

hotel was closed. however, you...

Liked: bookings.com took my money and did not inform me that the hotel was closed plus did not refund my money . I am still trying to work out how to get a refund. not easy. email keeps bouncing back
Disliked: I was met by security that would not let me inside hotel
