Lovely and comfortable stay

Liked: The suite was very spacious, comfortable furniture, air conditioning working fine, the bathroom with a huge tub and walk in shower were brilliant. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help. The indoor pool was lovely, water temperature super for relaxing and swimming. The bar and restaurant were also clean and inviting, the breakfast, continental and full English, freshly served, was very delicious.
Disliked: Just as an idea: The glass wall of the walk in shower could have been a little longer so the floor gets lets wet

Liked: Clean and tidy, great location and the food was excellent., it was nice to have a hot meal.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the location good and breakfast as you would expect.
Disliked: The pillows and bed weren’t the most comfortable (a tad hard) and the evening menu could be a little better.

Smart and roomy hotel just...

Liked: Good location, just off the M54. 24hr front desk with friendly and helpful staff. Bar open after 2300! Very clean rooms and firm comfortable bed. Very good hot and continental breakfast options. Plenty of car parking. Hotel has a very roomy and spacious feel. Very good value
Disliked: Shower water pressure could have been higher but was fine.

Fabulous stay

Liked: The staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the setting of the hotel..easy to park at hotel and the tourist sites. Shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you required was in the room.
Disliked: Zero.. nothing we didn't like.
