Enjoyed our stay; fantastic breakfast and the room was spot on.

Liked: Everything was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointed with being woken up,...

Liked: The room was nice clean and fresh.
Disliked: The room opposite was making a lot of noise around midnight, I was woken up twice then had to go and ask them to keep the noise down. I couldn’t get back to sleep which I didn’t appreciate as I had a 2 1/2 hour drive back home.

Disliked: No nearby disabled bays.No facility to use a trolly for my luggage. Lifts are very slow.Beds were a bit uncomfortable and kept moving when turning over during the night

Disliked: The mattress was not all comfortable. Difficult to sleep on the bed due to the poor condition of the mattress.

Comfortable hotel, close to railway...

Liked: Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff in all areas
Disliked: Why oh why do twin/double rooms frequently provide only 1 chair as standard? What is the 2nd person expected to do. Sitting on the bed is not a comfortable option. Glad to say our request for a 2nd chair was promptly dealt with at this hotel.

Good experience

Liked: The first think that stood up for me was the professionalism of the staff, making you feel welcome, treating you with kindness and respect. From reception staff, restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping staff, all were fantastic. The bed was comfortable, comfortable pillows. All facilities were available in the room, like iron, ironing table, hairdryer, nice smelly toiletries. I had a lovely view from the 12th floor. The breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: No water bottles available in the room. Some of the towels were stained and looking warned. Cobwebs were hanging between the bedroom door to the bathroom door.
