Enjoyed our stay; fantastic breakfast and the room was spot on.

Disliked: Bed needs to remove the wheels because I was sitting on the bed and nearly fell as I didn't realise that bed was moving. You need to sort the wheels locks.

Disliked: Other guests!! We were woken at 23:30 by the guests in the room next door returning from a party, where they continued to party until 2am. I called reception and someone came to knock and ask them to keep the noise down, this had no impact on the noise and when I subsequently knocked to ask them to keep the noise down a rude lady denied they were making any noise. I’m not sure how many people were in their room, several, they were in and out using the doors constantly which closed loudly, talking and laughing. We had an early start this morning and a long drive after only four hours of sleep. The very selfish and inconsiderate behaviour of these guests ruined our stay.

Disliked: Party in adjacent room until I called reception at 2am.Constant noise from air con / heating system throughout the night. Toiletries not replenished for 2 days.Shower door won't stay closed.

Disliked: Extractor in bathroom did not work so room got steamy
