Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham State College

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Key didn't open door but that was fixed quickly.

Stayed here overnight from Philadelphia for a concert. Two double beds; very clean; very friendly; surprisingly nice indoor pool and surprisingly very good food at the restaurant on the premises. No need to go anywhere else. Had a really nice time. Will certainly be staying here the next time I go for a game or concert.

Disliked: High pitched noises from air handler or something keeping you up 1/2 the night. Former supervisor/contractor no answers from staff.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel its self was not a bad stay! Room was clean and neat a/c took forever to drop down. The indoor pool was cool and the hot tub! Didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor pool!
Disliked: Was not impressed with the celebrity's restaurant at all. Was not that busy waited to be waited on. Made a reservation for 630.Waited over A half hour for our drinks and appetizers. Waitress disappeared For a long time. Forgot to make part of our party's food.Messed up on our orders. Altogether we did 2 and a 1/2 hours almost for food.

Disliked: The AC vent was dripping all over the floor. I had to lay down a towel.. The rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. The pool and restaurant closed at 9pm which was disappointing because due to an event we attended we didn't check in till about 8:30. Figured the pool would be open to at least 10pm. But the staff was pleasant.

Liked: Nice price, very close to the college campus. Loved the pool. Although the room wasn’t actually dirty. The bathroom was nasty, the sockets didn’t work, the microwave plate was missing, the light in the bathroom (sink area) didn’t work. I can’t remember exactly what else was broken or missing but we kept finding things not functioning. But we stayed, didn’t complain, was safe and survived so it’s all worked out. I’d stay again in a clutch.
Disliked: Just a little upkeep would go a long way.

Staff helpful but facilities subpar

Liked: The showerhead was good, and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: No toilet paper in the room upon entry, the hot water took a long time to heat up, and the AC was loud and would not cool the room below 75 F even though the room was set lower.
