Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Key didn't open door but that was fixed quickly.

Stayed here overnight from Philadelphia for a concert. Two double beds; very clean; very friendly; surprisingly nice indoor pool and surprisingly very good food at the restaurant on the premises. No need to go anywhere else. Had a really nice time. Will certainly be staying here the next time I go for a game or concert.

Liked: Bed, clean bathroom, breakfast, staff, location
Disliked: people right ouside the lobby smoking pot and hanging out (in their 40's); the rooms have an outside entrance like a motel and the complex is huge so there's a lot of remote dark parking.

I wish I would have...

Liked: The location was good, close to all PSU, a warm breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: HVAC was loud, when it turned on at night the noise woke me.There was a pool across from my room,on my nights stay it was really noisy.The door to my room was sticking open, had to force it closed.

I will not stay here...

Disliked: Air conditioning never went below 76, bathroom door was falling off the hinges. Shower head sprayed everywhere except in the shower.

Liked: comfort and kindness from all the staff. parking was convenient and free. any request or problem was addressed immediately. rooms and facilities in the rooms were operable and clean..all immenities were working and supplied
Disliked: there is a door in the back of the building that enters the rear rooms and the pool area that has no lock, it was a little unnerving.the pool itself was dirty, the water was warm and seemed clean but it was not skimmed and the floor was dirty..just a little tlc required

Liked: I liked that it had free breakfast, even though it was super hot in the restaurant, not enough seating anyway (we sat outside the front doors by the smokers stuff to eat with my kids) gross. The kids enjoyed that there were two pools to choose from. The indoor pool was pretty to look at but it was filthy and didn’t have enough towels. And had a light fixture on the inside of the pool that was just dangling there. Wasps also near the handicap chair. Kids were flipping off of the hot tub into the pool where my youngest was swimming. We tried the outdoor pool which looked amazing. Thought it was going to be a good evening in the sun with the kids but the water was FREEZING and they wouldn’t even swim.

Kids were flipping off of the hot tub into the pool where my youngest was swimming. Tables were dirty and covered in sticky fingers and dried up condiments. The grounds and liner could use a good power wash. We tried the outdoor pool which looked amazing. Thought it was going to be a good evening in the sun with the kids but the water was FREEZING and they wouldn’t even swim. The room…. Everything. While the kids swam, I went and got the room set up. When they came back soaking wet walking from the door to the bathroom on the opposite side of side of the room, they left a trail of water. I grabbed a towel from the bathroom and wiped it all up. The towel was black. It was so disgusting. And that was just a. Small portion of the floor. Sheets were stained, shower wasn’t draining so we were standing in water. Vents dusty and doors were white but brown from filth. Very thin walls. Baby next door and what sounded like tap dancers upstairs. It was an awful weekend away.
