Liked: The staff was exceptionally kind. Young lady at front desk was sweet and helpful. Hotel was very clean! Quiet and beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities available. Loved the hot tub. Would be a great venue for events and your guests could stay at the hotel. We will be returning as we also loved the people in Paintsville. Welcomed us with kindness.
Disliked: I understand the price is competitive with other hotels but wished it could have come in a little lower on cost. Still worth it and enjoyed our stay overnight.

Liked: I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. I was traveling alone with my two children and felt so safe. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect and made us feel so welcomed. The entire hotel is so beautiful from the gorgeous lobby to huge indoor outdoor swim through pool to our spacious, comfortable room. I can not say enough positive things about this property. We will definitely be returning!
Disliked: There was nothing it didn’t like. This property was absolutely perfect.

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable, I didn't have one complaint. The only I wish is that the breakfast was a buffet store as I had places to be early in the AM and wasn't able to grab breakfast quickly and head out each morning. Its great that they bring you menus and bring your breakfast, I just feel a good buffet is more accessible for many. I didn't see a lot of people eating breakfast every morning and this must be why.

Liked: The lil bar and restaurant was amazing .Hotel employee was an amazing bartender . The BLINK charging station for my EV worked perfect . No glitches ( just make sure u have the app ) . I would def stay at this place again just for those 2things ,,,
Disliked: The only neg . thing was overhearing the top mngr. talking neg. About the bar/restaurant( which had great food and service )
