major disappointment and price too...

Liked: The hair dryer worked.
Disliked: Property needs extreme attention. Dirty carpets, distressed doors bathrooms and cabinets. Advertised free breakfast with hardly any selection. Charged a deposit for room damage should have been mentioned at check in. There was a notice by reception desk in very fine print. Should also have been mentioned on the hotels booking site. Basically the property should be torn down.

Liked: Nothing…it was very gross and was mixed between a smell of rotten and bottle redemption.
Disliked: The smell, the staff, the property. And we came back from work to a note on the door that it was condemned.

Disliked: The hot tub had poop on the floor that my son stepped in and there was poop smears on the wall. the sauna had tampons and wrappers on the floor. I told the staff and they “looked” said they didn’t see anything and left it. The bathroom in the pool area wouldn’t lock, the seat to the toilet wouldn’t stay up… we had 2 rooms for 6 people and there was one towel for all of us. My other son got shocked by the bathroom outline and found blood on his sheets. The toilet kept cycling like it was flushing and wouldn’t stop, then broke all together and wouldn’t flush.. the tv was broken. The safety locks for the doors were both broken. There was other peoples socks and food in the chair cushions and on the floor, not from us. There was a spilled cup on the stairs that I almost slipped on.. there was no breakfast, no restaurant… horrible

Definitely worth the value, I...

Liked: The room was a good size, beds were comfortable. I was able to check in without issue at 9:30pm, staff was present and pleasant.
Disliked: My door was a little difficult to open and close, one lock didn't work at all and the chain lock seemed like it needed some tightening, but it wasn't enough of a concern to ruin the stay.
