Disliked: The hot tub hasn't been working in forever and thats the reason I chose this hotel. I always think it will be back working and whenever i come back it never works

Liked: The Location is good.
Disliked: The staff was unwilling to accommodate us even after showing them I had paid online!! They were unwilling to accommodate even after talking with a booking.com representative, finally after being there for over a hour and a half we still had to leave and I've not got my money back yet!!!!

Liked: Most of the stay was quite nice; however, the bathroom light kept shutting off while I was in the shower and came on several times during the night. This was unpleasant.
