Liked: The coffee station is set up every morning in the lobby, this I highly appreciate.The room is spacious and clean and housekeeping staff are very friendly and polite.The outdoor patio is gorgeous but im not sure what it is used for as I saw no one ever out there.
Disliked: The staff are not very friendly, the pool area is not very well kept and the water is very cloudy and yellowy looking. We LOVE swimming but would not enter the pool. There is a water unit in fitness center to fill your water bottles but it is very dirty looking.The noise of doors slamming and guests stomping around above us-we were on ground floor was awful.I had zero success reaching anyone at front desk, either from home trying to call or when at the property from my room, so i walked to front desk and they had no guests around, not busy at all.
