Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Hammond

Liked: Beautiful, big room. Clean. Would certainly stay again.
Disliked: The gentleman who checked us in wasn't very friendly; however, everyone else was.

We got there and the smell in the lobby was old and musty. We waited about 40 minutes for our non-smoking room to be ready. When we got our room, it smelled somewhat fresh. We left for about an hour and came back to it smelling like someone had just smoked a cigarette. I guess that's how long it took for the spray to disintegrate. The smoke smell was thick in the room, the carpet felt dirty and the bathroom sink was so old it was cracked. The staff wasn't friendly except for one of the shuttle drivers. I've stayed in Ramada's many times and this does not meet the excellence of all of the others we have stayed in. I'm quite suprised Ramada lets this hotel have their name on it. I would not recommend it.

Liked: Room was clean,bedz were comfortable,free parking was plus.online check in and check out was great. Kids loved the pancakes.
Disliked: boil egss and fresh yougurt was finshed when asked staff said they can not refill.

Avoid ground floor if it...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean. Location was easy to reach with good parking space and the neighboring restaurant offered good value for the money.
Disliked: WiFi only functioned with Android devices. Windows and Apple clients complained about issues with secure protocol. I mentioned about this problem but the staff could not fix it. The worst problem was that when it rained outside, the carpet near window got quite wet. I mentioned about this problem too but the staff only laughed that this is what all the ground floor rooms do.

No Internet, poorly maintained

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice but we didn't try it.
Disliked: The toilet was running, and they had the man fixing stuff at 9pm (he "fixed" it 2 times with no big success). The shower faucet was leaking too. If you need WiFi - they have 2 networks, but there's no Internet access at all, even early in the morning, so it's not a capacity issue. Room was awfully humid and with no ventilation working didn't smell well. AC while being not too noisy failed to fight the humidity. Their continental breakfast is very basic, but we expected this. Avoid this place if possible. $120 for just a bed with no now considered basic amenities is a false advertisement and a rip-off.

Liked: The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The first room had a burn in chair and tv didn't work, but we were switched to a bigger nicer room no extra charge. But the entire place needs an update.
