Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Hammond

Liked: Beautiful, big room. Clean. Would certainly stay again.
Disliked: The gentleman who checked us in wasn't very friendly; however, everyone else was.

We got there and the smell in the lobby was old and musty. We waited about 40 minutes for our non-smoking room to be ready. When we got our room, it smelled somewhat fresh. We left for about an hour and came back to it smelling like someone had just smoked a cigarette. I guess that's how long it took for the spray to disintegrate. The smoke smell was thick in the room, the carpet felt dirty and the bathroom sink was so old it was cracked. The staff wasn't friendly except for one of the shuttle drivers. I've stayed in Ramada's many times and this does not meet the excellence of all of the others we have stayed in. I'm quite suprised Ramada lets this hotel have their name on it. I would not recommend it.

Disliked: One of the beds was very unconfortable, the breakfast it was very poor: No fruit, no plain toast or baggel, no waffle nor pacake. We bought our own bread. It is not worth the cost. I book it because it has a swimmingpool, but it was closed.
