Disappointing

Liked: Location. Friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Very strong, overpowering cleaning chemical smell. Masking another underlying unpleasant odour. Poorly maintained furniture with significant water damage.Wardrobe door (where iron stored) difficult to slide ? due to swollen timber.Reception staff reported this room was not affected by recent floods.

Liked: Beautiful pool and nice and clean!
Disliked: Lifts not working!

Staff were great!

Liked: Property was lovely. The unfortunate impact of the cyclone on the lifts and other facilities was a hit of a bummer.
Disliked: I feel we paid full price for a partially operating hotel.

Liked: The pool is nice.
Disliked: This place is pretty lacking in care and attention. After the floods recently, there is no restaurant, and breakfast was pretty woeful. Reception closes at 7pm - after that, you are on your own. Literally. The rooms are super basic. 3 star at most. The Ramada brand makes you think it's a hotel. It's not. It's a motel.

Liked: This is a regular with us, great location for the Boat Club and day trips. Staff are always friendly and apartments clean, comfy and well equipped, highly recommend.

Liked: Not advised that food and Room service N_A ...no concierge ...only booked because of these services ...considering this to be last booking with Booking .com ..Can't be trusted .
