Great place to stay if...

Liked: Location was good for travelling to the university. Just a short walk. The reception staff were incredible friendly & helpful. 10/10 Car park safe & secure.
Disliked: Shower / wet room overflowed into room. The floor is starting to swell & peel because of this.

Pleasant but wouldn't stay again

Disliked: No air con I'm room.nor a fan so was quite warm in the night Shower was very poor and we had no shampoo

We came home a day...

Liked: Breakfast was good a bit expensive but ok . The lady’s that worked there was very good . The bar was ok .
Disliked: It was very noisy right next to a main road plus drunks shouting all night. The fan in the shower room did not work meaning I could not have a shower. The room was very hot meaning we had to keep window open so the noise was worse.

Disliked: The bedsheets had stains and bathroom had a horrible damp smell

Liked: “This was a fab place with excellent facilities and an ideal location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and really well presented. We would highly recommend staying here and would be more than happy to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for helping us at very short notice when we were massively let down by another hotel.

I would not stay here...

Liked: I liked the location, near the Baltic.
Disliked: The hotel looked tired. I had two rooms for myself and family a two and three. Both rooms were very poor for the price of nearly £300. Mould around both bathroom sink . Tiles slippy in the bathroom. Shower, water pressure poor. It just did not feel clean. Kettle in twin room un-userable. One of the occupants in the twin room got terrible bites from bedbugs which we did not realise until later in the day when we had already checked out.Breakfast was a shambles. They had one staff member overseeing breakfast. She was lovely but definitely stretched. Eggs etc were not replenished quick enough. There was not cutlery. When we found a fork that was it. Not a teaspoon in sight for yogurts or to mix tea and coffee.. Just very disorganised. I would not recommend or stay here again.
