Horrible Cancelation Experience

Disliked: They canceled my reservation day of my check in before I even arrived. I flew into guadalajara at 6pm and when I landed I saw a message (sent at 4pm) that if I didn't call them to pay for the room before 6pm, I would be at risk of cancelation. Well I couldn't get a hold of them when I landed at the airport (around 7pm). I called them around 7:15 to ask about the message and they just said your room was canceled. No explanation no nothing, my family and I were left with no place to go. I selected pay at property so I dont understand how they could just cancel my room like that, and of course there were no other available rooms. I don't understand how we were supposed to know about this 6pm rule if they informed us 2 hours before while we were mid flight. This was an awful experience where my family was scrambling to find other accommodation while the hotel staff basically just said "oh well not our problem". This was a horrible experience, so be careful as your reservation means NOTHING.

Disliked: The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in other rooms. There was a guy talking in the corridor for around 2 hours and made sleep very hard.The sound also from the nearby plaza is high so it makes it hard to rest.
