Liked: Check in was perfect, staff were excellent.Room was clean and keenly priced.
Disliked: I was in a mobility room that had an adjoining door to the next room and i could hear my neighbour which resulted in a very poor amount of sleep.

Shocking

Liked: They girls in the bar were extremely helpful
Disliked: 2 males receptionists were not helpful at all, the room window would not opened the floors were dirty only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in room. Beds were so uncomfortable pain in my back since I came home They remote not working, breakfast way too expensive.

Exceptional

Liked: Stayed there before and have always found the staff very friendly and professional. Location is excellent as we usually only stay in Belfast when attending a concert. Food is also good. Rooms very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. Found everything to be satisfactory.
