Disliked: We had late check out for our stay, meaning check out was 11am. At 10.01 on the morning of check out we had housekeeping knocking loudly on our room door and attempting to open it. Once I went to the door they asked why we had not yet checked out as it was now “past check out” despite having late check out and it only being 1 minute past standard check out. Once saying to the staff that we had the late check out they said that they did not have it on their record and were seemingly annoyed to have to come back to the room in an hour. They were not apologetic about this misunderstanding.
