Disliked: Breakfast was poor, to be honest. Sausages and bacon were very overdone. Not much choice of cold stuff.

Liked: I have stayed here several times, and each time, the staff impress me with their exceptional service. They always go the extra mile, especially in helping out with our toddler's bedtime routine by providing hot milk. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall experience is always outstanding.
