Disliked: no keycards to get in and out , had to keep asking and waiting for staff to let you in , only one staff on , no heating in room , no change of towels , very dirty , bed as hard as rock and then told it was shutting to paying customers and housing asylum seekers

Great location, great looking front but a real let-down this time

Not what you'd expect from a hotel

Disliked: It's not a hotel it's a converted old people's home or council accomodation

Dreary and worn out.

Liked: The gentleman on reception when I arrived.
Disliked: something was broken so no room key, also no breakfast facility. Run down and worn out.
