Liked: The vending machines
Disliked: They took 50 for a deposit and then kept it for a whole day then they didn't give me it all back

Absolutely horrible and disappointing
Disliked: Terrible stay. They didn't give me the room I reserved, instead "upgraded" me to a jacuzzi room. The bed was a full and I had reserved a king so neither of us got good sleep at all. The tub in the bathroom wouldn't drain and the front desk guy (mike) wasn't of help at all. He wouldn't let us switch rooms or check out early to go to a different hotel. So instead we had to get a plunger from housekeeping and plunge it ourselves to unclog a tub!! Then our keys to our room constantly didn't work and we had to go up to front desk to get them fixed. Then when I asked for a receipt at check out, front desk guy (mike) said I couldn't get a receipt since I booked through booking.com which makes no sense. I always book through this website and every other hotel has always printed me a receipt. Will never stay here again while visiting family in town.

Liked: Only hotel that advertises free airport shuttle.
Disliked: It?s under construction so these issues may soon be resolved. This is a hotel in need of updates. Very 1970 in style and amenities. Bed was comfortable enough, but not as good as most in the above $80 range. This is a $55 hotel as it sits March 2021 and should probably only command that price until updates are complete.

Liked: Beautiful lobby, friendly staff! Great location near restaurants and the interstate.
Disliked: There was a strange buzzing noise that would go on and off throughout the night, and the air conditioning was very loud. I had to request earplugs from the front desk. When we were on our way to check our, we found that the noise we were hearing was coming from a utility room near the elevator(5th floor). That may be worth looking into. Upon arrival, we also found out that there would be no free breakfast due to the Covid -19 situation. That was a disappointment. Other hotels are offering breakfast with safety measures in place, so it was a bummer to find out when I arrived that this was not one of those places,
