Liked: Very clean,the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Need more plug-in outlets for chargers. Need space to put bathroom soaps,lotions,etc.... the room could also use a second large mirror in the tv/ bed area.

Liked: The staff i had car issues the day I left and the day shift manager was very helpful.
Disliked: The door to the room was previously broken open, the door latch barely attached to the frame and the lock from inside wouldn't lock. The toilet in the room was toddler size very low to the floor. We stayed 2 nights and there was no house keeping.

Liked: Good breakfast and accessible location
Disliked: My room smelled terrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke. When I said something they treated me like i was crazy. I had to open the windows just to tolerate. Will never get a rm on that floor again. The night shift was amazing. The day shift was the woman who treated me like I was crazy. Housekeeping amazing and even tried to tell the woman at front desk that yes that room does smell that way. I am not a smoker so I do not want a room that smells that way
