Ramada by Wyndham Yuma

Check in time was at 2:00 p.m. We arrived around 5:30. Went to our room and out of four lamps in the room only one had a working bulb. Picked up the phone to call the desk, but the phone didn't work. Went into sink/shower area - only two towels, and no wash cloths, hand towels etc. Walked up to the front dek and were told they were behind on laundry and would bring other linen later and would send maintenance to replace bulbs. We went out to eat and came back two hours later - still no bulbs, no phone, no washrags or hand towels. Again walked to front desk. While there, the maintenance man came to room and gave my wife one light bulb. Again we asked for at least one more so we wouldn't have to move bulbs from bed side lamp to desk lamp. He brought two more bulbs, of which only one worked, and a washrag and a hand towel. Also brought a new phone but evidently there was a problem in the line as it still didn't work. We were told they would work on the phone while we were out the next day, so we gave up for the night. Next day we returned to the room after being gone all day. Again, while the linen was fresh it still consisted of only one washrag and one hand towel for two people. Phone still didn't work so we made do with what we had. Will never ever, I repeat, will never ever stay at this motel again.

Liked: I’d stay here again All the staff were friendly and from the lobby to the rooms and pool were clean Also can’t beat the breakfast included and the lady in charge of breakfast was real nice and interactive The Curry restaurant smelled amazing we didn’t get to try it but a lot of ppl were eating 10/10 stay for the price

Liked: Convenient parking location great offer good breakfast snacks water for sale pool so great nice to relax clean
Disliked: The cable was not available for a short time 30 mins due to the cable interference problem being taken care of

Liked: Room was fairly clean. Needed a bit of vent cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Lady cooked eggs for us.
Disliked: Not much. Room door was hard to open/close. Heavy. Dirty vents.

Disliked: A/c blows on the bed because it was a wall unit. The hotel was dated and a little nervous about being in the back parking lot. No closet. Good for one night.
