Never again !!!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Smelled, no hot water in shower, no phones to contact front desk, kids and adults yelling in halls and slamming doors at 11 pm and couldn’t call desk …. Worst hotel i stayed at in a long time !! Checked out early because of it !!

I would not stay here...

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: There were dirty wash clothes in our shower and the blankets had stains all over them and a cigarette burn hole. The floor also had dirt all over it in both the sleeping area and bathroom.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The location, staff and the room upgrades.
Disliked: Elevator flooring was filthy, damaged, hallway carpeting needs to be cleaned.

Liked: I booked two rooms here through the bookings.com app.I paid in full for the rooms to ensure my family had a place to sleep after attending Hershey Park all day.
Disliked: When I arrived the front desk said that There were no rooms available. He said that my booking was cancelled because I didn’t pay. I was very upset because the funds were very clearly taken from my credit card yet this stupid man at the desk said no I didn’t pay and he wouldn’t refund me.

Convinient location, affordable and very...

Liked: The location is right off the highway, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy and quick. The price was just right for a one-night stay when I just needed a bed.
Disliked: Compared to La Quinta, which I stayed at the week prior in the same location, it was much less comfortable. Less amenities, the room was sparse, and it wasn't as clean. It was also incredibly noisy and the doors didn't have the additional safety lock that I look for as a single woman traveling alone.

Disliked: The halls smelled bad, trim and paint in walls was declining, and the room I ordered got booked to another person after I paid for it.

Disliked: Dirty stained blankets, bed covers, pillows, dirty towels with stains and hair on them, mold in bathroom caulking, weird 1980 hotel smell, clogged sink, staff not helpfull
