Liked: I like that I was able to do what I wanted with no issue everyone is very understanding and accommodating to whatever you may need. Just be chill.
Disliked: I didn’t have many issues other than when my toilet clogged o asked a housekeeper for one of her plungers and she told me to get it from the front and when I go to the front they tell me to ask her. I just wanted to unclog it myself to save myself from the embarrassment of them doing it. But I left it

Liked: staff was pleasant and the bathroom was recently renovated, bright and clean
Disliked: public space is sorely in need of renovation as well as need for replacement of room HVAC units

Disliked: The hotel is filthy, not fit to stay. This does not represent the quality and image of a Ramada. Hall way carpets dirty, room smells, I had to leave it was so bad.

Liked: The staff was very understanding about my disappointment when I saw the room and hotel in general.
Disliked: The pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. It smelled like cigarettes in the room. The rugs were dusty and dirty.
