Not very restful.
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: According to the picture of the property, looked like you entered the rooms from an inside hallway. Ice machine was broken. I didn't notice the refrigerator, was inside a dresser until the next day. Then it wasn't even plugged in. The floor was dirty and things left on it. Like a used bandaid and something else, like a end of a cap.

Liked: We liked the location
Disliked: Breakfast was a major disappointment - not ample food, pancake maker was out of service. Bath products were empty in two of our rooms, which also were not properly cleaned (pills found on floor in two rooms), holes in sheet in one room. Coffee maker in one room missing tray.

Disliked: On visit August 9th , the first room they put me in was nothing short of disgusting. Smelly and obviously not cleaned well. They switched rooms for me and the second room was really good.

Liked: Good beds and nice helpful staff. Pool was nice. Good coffee. Clean room and bathroom but dated.
Disliked: Outside walkways needed pressure washed because they were very dirty and stained and also had cigarette butt liter. Several full trash bags laying in middle of lawn by back parking lot. All outside trash receptacles full. Used boxes and full trash bags thrown under stairways going upstairs and were visible when using the walkway. Two of three ice machines broken. Dresser handles and toilet seats need tightened. Dirty sheet upon arrival needed changed due to large brown spots on it. Deep scrapes on walls behind all chairs. Stained cushion on one stuffed chair. Big space under outside door where weatherstrip sweep was missing.
