Liked: Good beds and nice helpful staff. Pool was nice. Good coffee. Clean room and bathroom but dated.
Disliked: Outside walkways needed pressure washed because they were very dirty and stained and also had cigarette butt liter. Several full trash bags laying in middle of lawn by back parking lot. All outside trash receptacles full. Used boxes and full trash bags thrown under stairways going upstairs and were visible when using the walkway. Two of three ice machines broken. Dresser handles and toilet seats need tightened. Dirty sheet upon arrival needed changed due to large brown spots on it. Deep scrapes on walls behind all chairs. Stained cushion on one stuffed chair. Big space under outside door where weatherstrip sweep was missing.

Liked: I liked that the rooms got super cold. The breakfast was amazing! Jimmy dean sandwiches and pancakes can’t beat that! The front desk lady was super amazing! The room was clean. The sheets had stains. But we just asked for new bedding.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t as clean as I expected. But my kids, husband and I all swam and woke up with no diarrhea. So, it was okay. Very big.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty, and electrical outlets had problems and toilet paper was wet. Couldn't get a refund

Liked: Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean. There was hair around the edge of the bathtub, on the bathroom floor, and on the toilet seat. The bed had what looked like mulch on it. The heat didn't work even on high and turned all the way up to 90°. And the tv had static on every station.
