Ramada by Wyndham Windsor Locks

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. It would be nice if the breakfast could include some sausage, ham or bacon. Most of the breakfast seem to consist of carbohydrates.
Disliked: The only thing that could've been a little bit better was the breakfast by including some meat with it. It would also be appreciated if decaffeinated coffee is available. In my case, I only drink decaffeinated coffee for the purpose of trying to stay away from caffeine.

We will look forward to...

Liked: We slept through the breakfast hours. lol. The location was convenient to the airport and the expressway. Also close to shopping and grocery store.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Would not go back.

Disliked: The room we were given was not cleaned. The beds weren’t made and used towels were in the bathroom. We went back down to the desk and they gave us a different room. The room was ok but felt dirty.

Horrible, disgusting, and will never...

Liked: It was close to six flags that’s about it.
Disliked: We booked two rooms with requests to be connecting as we had 4 children. I called early the morning of our check-in to reiterate that the rooms needed to be connected. They did not have connecting rooms and I had to split my party up to sleep in separate rooms. Staff was rude and not accommodating at all. One room was dirty, carpet was disgusting, looks like it hadn’t been swept at all. Bathtub was dirty, walls had stains. Towels had stains and mystery spots on them. Stains on bedding, curtains and smeared handprints on paintings and glass doors. Second room was cleaner but had a broken sliding glass door and had a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. The pool was disgusting. Balls of wet hair all over the floor, mysterious floating things in the water, no towels available. Our friends were put on the second floor and there was NO ELEVATOR. They had to carry all of their things up two flights of stairs. And there was a cockroach in the hallway! Will never stay here again.

For the price, we needed...

Liked: Liked the room size and beds
Disliked: My bathroom door handle was broken and my husband almost got locked inside the bathroom.Not enough towels for the 4 of us.

Not much to complement except...

Liked: Lets just leave it that we wont be staying at a Ramada Inn in the future. Your independent quality inspectors should be able to answer your questions.

Not worth the stay

Disliked: The area of the Hotel felt like people lived on the premises. The hotel looked run down and out of date. Not welcoming to the eye. Children hanging over railing. There was not a sign indicating the name of the hotel. We cancelled the reservation, with just looking at the property

Very poor

This is absolutely the worst...

Liked: Close proximity to airport
Disliked: The entire property was filthy. From the parking lot to lobby, hallways and rooms are in need of deep cleaning. Trash and debris the throughout parking lot and main entryway.Lobby area littered with trash, food on ground and dead bugs.Furniture is dirty.Carpeted area leading to rooms are filthy with trash and food.Room assigned was dirty and smelled.Heavy air freshener used to conceal bad smell.Bugs crawling on room floor and hair on sheets along with other unknown debris on coverings.
