Liked: First room awful....grout in bathroom very dirty, used surgical gloves on ground right out side door, very loud music by people in parking lot, sliding door wouldn't lock. 2nd room...grout still very dirty, doors at least locked, couldn't wait to leave! Workers sitting on counter on their phone. Didn't even stay for free breakfast. Too expensive for what we received.
Disliked: Nothing good.SORRY THESE SHOULD BE SWITCHED.

Disliked: My wife and I are both elderly and it was a long walk from the handicapped parking area to our room. I looked out the door closest to our room and there were handicap spaces available there but no access to the building. There was a door, but there were message in which we could access the room

SMELLY ROOMS AND RAT CLIMBING...

Liked: Easy to let the dog out if staying on the first floor with a sliding door.
Disliked: We had one stay that was fine and then another stay where the first room smelled like puke…changing rooms was a hassle as the employee walked away from the desk, I waited awhile and had to call him to reach him. When we switched rooms the new room smelled like weed and immediately when we entered it a RAT climbed up the wall. I’ve never seen anything like it and will never be back.

Liked: The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.
Disliked: Room was not the cleanest. People came in at 1130 to the door next door and were so loud, the whole hallway was slamming doors. Breakfast was awful. No water anywhere. Shower was rusty and dirty. I paid extra for 4 people and had 3 towels. The doors were all closed to get in and out of the hallway. Can't say enough about breakfast, only cereal and a waffle maker which takes over 2 minutes per waffle. Nothing to drink except orange juice, milk or coffee. The tables for breakfast were microscopic and could barely fit anything. The doors in our room didnt lock (deadbolt and sliding door) which left us feeling unsafe.
