Will not stay here again.

Liked: The pool was fine.
Disliked: Beds had what looked like animal hair on them. Found a fake fingernail and a pair of underwear in a drawer. No soaps in the shower. We checked in at 8 pm and then had to leave again to go buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also bought groceries and left some in a bag. While we were out the next day, they cleaned our room and took our bag of groceries. After returning and needing to shower, we were informed that the water was turned off. A gentleman from the hotel told us he would let us use a different room to shower, but the people at the desk refused. We were late to an event because we had to wait for the water to be turned back on. If you have the air on, it will blow right in your face all night if you are on the bed next to it, making it difficult to sleep through the night. The lady in charge of breakfast was very rude. Breakfast doesn’t include much. There were a couple bagels and a few pieces of bread, but mostly just waffles and cereal.

Liked: Room had hardwood, beds were clean, beautiful lobby
Disliked: When walking hallways wallpaper is paper is peeling everywhere. Molding is coming off in a lot places. You can hear all the footsteps in room above and it was very noisy at night, seemed lots of people partying and loud music

Liked: Quick friendly service, clean room.

Did not stay there, was...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was in a state of disrepair. It had a food truck outside to get food. It was supposed to have shuttle to airport and did not. There were only about six cars in the parking lot.

Horrible NASTY

Liked: Checked out immediately found 2 bed bugs crawling on the bed. Room was so dark soon as I oped curtains the bugs started running WTF. The front desk clerk had the damn nerves to ask me would I like another room. I literally asked her "Lady are you crazy!"
Disliked: The bed bugs

Disliked: They had signs on doors to indoor swimming pool closed by board of health and state of connecticut but at time we saw families swimming there i detest liars clearly the pools were open to certain people at certain times if there was enough people to clean up after swimmers.And The people staying next store kept smoking pot and we were in the room with our kids that is not at all what I expected very upset.
