Disliked: The room was grubby and needed a deep clean Carpet was filthy and bathroom was grotty The place needs a complete refurbishment

Management has no noise policy...

Disliked: I am a licensed contractor. It is plain to see that NO maintenance is being done. The toilet seat was very loose. The fan bearings are out in the air conditioner. It was hot and humid, so it had to be run. It made so much noise It was almost impossible to sleep. The ADA grab bar in the shower, fell off the wall. The shower had recently had a new "liner" installed. The grab bar was not fastened into blocking. It was installed using plastic pound in anchors that I wouldn't have used on a cheap picture. The anchors were for a 1/2" thick wall, when the wall was atleast 1" thick. The anchors never hi a chance to work as the did not extend thru the wall. The faucet on the tub was broken and leaking. You could not run water into the tub, only take a shower. The contrast on the TV was so dark, it was hard to watch. Now for the worst part. We got in at about 6 pm. We were on the second floor. A large group of people were gathered, sitting in the stairwell near our room. I could hardly hear the TV they were so loud. At the same time, 2 male adults were yelling at each other on the first floor. The stairwell seemed to funnel the sound to our room. This went on for soi time. About 30 minutes later, a large group of people were taking very loudly in about the same location. I called the front deck to complain. After I hung up, some of them ran down our hall making noise.u guess is that when the desk clerk checked, they weren't there. There was no noises to hear. Shortly thereafter, it started up again. It continued till after 10 pm. At 1:05 am, 2 men were trying to break the door down next to us to get in and we're yelling at the top of there lungs for the roommate to let them in. They didn't have their key card. After a solid minute of this, I had to get out of bed and tell them to shut up. We had driven 13 hours that day and had another 13 the next day. Dunedin, FL to Brandon, SD. We just wanted to sleep.
