Excellent choice for a weekend...

Liked: Excellent location. Room was spacious and bathroom even had a washer and drier. Particularly liked that the room had crockery and a microwave.

Comfortable and very quiet for...

Liked: Our go-to central Wellington hotel!

Great location to Waterfront

Liked: Location, comfortable bed, spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and modern. Quiet hotel, bit noisy outside due to volume of traffic but to be expected as busy road, didn't affect sleep quality.
Disliked: Just a personal preference, a sofa would have been nice in living area, found the 2 chairs little bit uncomfortable to watch the TV.

Great location, very comfortable stay,...

Liked: The staff were really helpful, and despite there only being the minimum number of towels provided, the front desk staff happily provided me another one on request. Good security and fire safety, and well-equipped rooms which even have a small cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drier in the unit.
Disliked: I requested an early check-in with the original booking, but the data exchange between Booking.com and Ramada seems to be pretty messed up, and I never heard back about whether that was agreed to or not. Furthermore, I started receiving very dodgy-looking txts asking me to pre-check-in, which wanted me to click on a very suspicious-looking ".in" website, which looked way more like a phishing scam than a valid check-in site. It was only when I received the Ramada espress check-out txt message the night before I departed, that it became evident that the dodgy-looking links might actually be valid. In both cases the links asked for information that I had *already* provided with my Booking.com booking, so Booking.com seriously needs to make sure that it's passing through *all* of the relevant information to the accommodation providers, and Ramada needs to use only .nz or .au links in their txts to avoid giving the impression of being phishing scams.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient...

Liked: Comfortable, clean and convenient. The room had an incredibly comfortable bed which is one of my top priorities when trying to choose a place to stay.
Disliked: The "fitness/wellness room" was a bit lacking. Very small, very limited equipment, not especially well ventilated and lacking any water or towels to use.
