Liked: It truly wasn’t to bad, they have what they can work with best b
Disliked: Advertised splash pad but it’s was down and not working. The only reason I booked was so my 1yr old daughter could play in that part and she didn’t even get too

Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet room, nice surroundings outside. Easy to find the location.
Disliked: Getting lost because of taking the wrong elevator and not seeing directions to the other one. Another woman was trying to do the same thing, do it wasn't just me.

Liked: Location and it was pretty clean
Disliked: Asked for four pillows and I got two because that's all they had Evan though there was no one staying there. The breakfast was non-existent when something ran out no one brought out more. Stayed four days and the first day was fine with food but every day after it just got worse. Got so bad they even ran out of coffee and juice. Wife said the windows looked like they weren't washed for years and the ceiling where we ate had a lot of brown spots. Lot of people complaining about their stay. The kids went to the swimming pool each day at different times but there was a group of elderly people doing arobics so they couldn't go swimming. They were very disappointed

Disliked: Hire people that know how to CLEAN. DIRTY FLOORS. COBWEBS. PUBIC HAIR IN THE TUB... THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS. OVER PRICED this hotel needs a major improvement. Not good ENOUGH

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable. They have a nice fitness center that serves both community and guests. The front staff was nice
Disliked: They won on style points as the carpets and decor matched but lacked on functionality. There wasn’t a closet or drawers to put/hang your clothes. No hooks in the bathroom for hanging pajamas. The tub had mildew in it at arrival. Only half the jets were working in the hot tub.
