Disliked: Bed was terrible. Dip in the middle.

Cleanliness and pleasant staff cannot...

Liked: Close to where I needed to be. It was nice and cool on extremely hot days. Staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: Bed was too soft and “well used”. Pillows were all of one type; soft and feathered. My main complaint though was noise; it had an adjacent room that was occupied. There was no form of sound insulation. It was like I was in the same room. At night, someone’s snoring was loud and extremely annoying. And to add to it, my hotel room phone started ringing every few minutes with no one there. Every time I was just going back to sleep, it would ring again. And due to an extremely loud, violent thunderstorm(obviously not the hotel’s fault), I did not sleep more than an hour in total. The hotel staff removed $20.00 off my one night’s stay and apologized for the inconvenience. That was the first of two night’s stay. Unfortunately the second I had a similar experience with noise from the adjacent room. At no time was I offered an alternative room or a deduction for the second night. I have learned to never stay in a room with an adjacent room. And I had to unplug the room phone ( which I was told was an issue they were not able to solve any other way). Combined issues with noise and the very uncomfortable bed, I would not stay there again.
