Disliked: Air didn't work. Shower flooded and it smelled like mold and was very dirty. Had cockroaches in shower and sore throat from mold. Balconies were dirty and had old towels and garbage all over. Way too much money for being a dump

Disliked: House keeping service was horrible. We had to ask several times for linens and only got them a couple times. Room was not cleaned well prior to checking in. Also we had to buy our own garbage bags and toilet paper because we asked many times and never received them

Liked: I like that it was close to the beach
Disliked: Our room had a view of the parking garage. The toilet broke, and when we went to use the outside pool, there were clumps of hair and bugs floating in it.. including a big roach that was floating.. the parking was terrible. The garage was so small that you had to go backwards to try to find a tight spot were hopefully you could get into.

Disliked: Room wasn’t properly cleaned, the tub was visibly dirty. Forgot towels in the room and staff never came around to drop them off. No new roll of toilet paper. The hotel is pretty far from all the stores on the board walk but still has a very close proximity to the beach.

Disappointing

Disliked: From checking in the lot was crowded and the guest were in the lobby complaining about towels and toilet paper. So I was expecting towels to be in my room and there were none all night glad I had beach towel of my own it should not be listed under the Ramada by wyndom name

Disliked: Our stay at this location was very disappointing. Customer service was horrible. The front desk lady was unwilling to answer any question and being unnecessarily rude. Our room came with 3 towels. We asked for more towels but none was ever brought to us. Even after asking the staff We saw around the building. We even offered to go pick it up ourselves.But the front desk said they had no more towels. As we were complaining, We heard another lady say that she had no towel in her rooms. The crib That was promised to us was never given. Which was the main reason for us picking this hotel. On top of all that , my husband saw roaches at the hotel.We ended up leaving early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a waste of your money.

Liked: Location was ok but I didn’t love having to cross the street after leaving the beach, as I thought I was booking a beachfront hotel. The two properties having the same name was confusing.
Disliked: So dirty, garbage and dirty towels left out on the balcony, roaches outside walking up to our room and INSIDE room. Smelled like mold, room wasn’t ready for a half hour after I checked in so we didn’t get into our room until 5pm.
