Liked: The check in was great but once entering my room . We saw a cock roach. We informed the front desk an they great they gave us another room without any issues.

Disliked: False advertisement of where we would be staying, broke ac in first room then by the second night the ac was not blowing cold air in second room. Phone didn't work, toilet paper roll broke, the amount of dirtiness was insane, we were not happy with our room.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The pool it was not cleaned very well. You smelled like dirty water when you got out of the pool instead of the pool water that you usually get. The elevator was broken, and I was on the 3rd floor. Trying to take your stuff down the stairs difficult. Also, when I first arrived, I was in a room with a broken air conditioner, and they wanted maintenance to check it before they would give me another room. So 2 hrs in the hot room was not good. They did get me another room and the front desk was really nice. Also, quick once maintenance looked and found it was not fixable. The fridge was iced up and did not work, but I had already gone through the air conditioning thing, and I did not complain after that.

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: My car was towed Saturday night because the pass had fallen from the rear-view mirror. It was so disheartening to get ready to leave and my car not being in the parking deck. What's the point of providing the make model and color of my car if you're not going to double check before you tow it.
