Liked: I stayed at the Plaza, which was alright other then There was No breakfast provided at the oceanfront like it stated in the reviews. We Kept hearing noises inside the vents.
Disliked: There was a sign stated the pool would be cleaned from 4pm-4:30pm in the afternoon. We walked pass it a couple times around that time & people were still inside. So of course it couldn't have got cleaned. On one visit to the pool some visitors that were out at the beach came and jumped in the pool to wash their self off

Disliked: 1. Our room stank so bad. The smell of weed was overwhelming and could be smelt through the door. 2. We barely have any hot water! It was so short that I barely finished showering my daughter. 3. DIRTY towels hanging on the top of the shower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. The toilet chain always coming off and can't flush!!5. And lastly, someone's belongings in the fridge!

Liked: If your room is on the ocean side of the street, the rooms are decent. Normal basic hotel rooms. If you’re on the “motel” side, the rooms are old, dirty, broken air conditioning, quite sketchy. Took them 2 hours to find us another room that had air conditioning. Finally got into our new room at 12:30am.

Disliked: We traveled 7 hours and arrived at the Ramada around 11 AM, only to be greeted by a complete nightmare. Our room had holes in the ceiling with pieces of drywall actually falling down. The entire space was filthy. When we checked the bathroom, the floor was soaked—completely flooded. There was visible mold on the vent, and the whole place smelled musty and damp.As we walked to our room, we witnessed people outside openly doing drugs. It felt incredibly unsafe, especially considering I was traveling with two children with disabilities. This was not just uncomfortable—it was terrifying.Trying to get in touch with the property manager for a refund has been nearly impossible. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made an already stressful situation even worse.Save yourself the stress. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere clean, safe, and respectful. This hotel should not even be in operation.
