Good location, but stay at...

Liked: It was convenient for our stay, liked it had a small dinner pub attached and ihop for breakfast without having to leave the hotel
Disliked: Well when we arrived the front desk person was trying to juggle everything from house keeping for checking if rooms were ready, check-ins at the front desk and then having various people wait until they could check in to get access to there room keys to access the rooms, and then when we did arrive to our room the TV remote was missing and so had to locate the cleaning staff nearby and have them obtain another and then have another cleaning staff then program it for the tv so it worked! And then when attempting to shower there was no body soap within the shower, so my wife had to go and find the cleaning staff to get a full one, and then 30min later when my wife was showering I get a knock at the door again and they double booked the room after we were there already, so showed the girl the room key with the # on it to confirm and she was actually the one at the front desk with her manager when the key was issued from check in and then she had to take the family back to the front desk to get a different room again!!! For what we paid for the one night would hoped to get compensation (very nice staff, but very under staffed to juggle everything)

Disliked: When you extend your stay,they refund your deposit and charge a new one,refund takes to long in some cases.

Disliked: I hated this hotel. I hated the manger, hated the carpet, I hated the cigarette smell thats penetrated in the interior of this whole place, being in that place made me feel dirty. It was absolutely disgusting.

Disliked: had to wait till 3:50 p.m. for a room....only one(1) desk person......NO communication regarding when room would be available......very slow and inefficient desk person.......NO manager on site......NO breakfast (only a $5 coupon for an I-Hop........
