Liked: the bed are not moving and for my special needs daughter I need to put the bed besides the wall to avoid falls, I couldn't move it.

Disliked: The hair dryer was broken, but as soon as I requested help from the front desk, I received a new one

Liked: Pool was lovely and lots of sunlight. Pub was cool
Disliked: lovely place but I thought there would be a continental breakfast. I couldn't even find drinking water. there is coffee and tea in the room but no point having it as there is nowhere to find milk or cream. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. Next time i will pack water and milk in a cooler - but i feel these should have been provided.

I have stayed a few...

Liked: It was convenient and the restaurant (the piper) is extremely good. The service was a little slow this time.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was quite confrontational, did not like that at all. When I said to her are you calling me a liar she just smiled and said I've been working here a year I know what I'm talking about.

The hotel needs some major...

Liked: The breakfast at the restaurant was very good but I wish it had of been included with the cost of the room.
Disliked: There were no outlets by the mirror outside the bathroom so we couldn’t get ready more than one at a time and the bathroom was too small for more than one person at a time. The outlet that was in the washroom wasn’t tight so the curling iron and flat iron kept falling out and wouldn’t get hot. The fridge made a popping noise that woke us in the night and there was air in the water pipes so when guests used the shower at 6 in the morning it made a very loud noise in the pipes and woke us up. My mother also said her bed was on a slant which made her feel like she was going to roll out the whole time she was trying to sleep. Overall we were unimpressed with our stay.
