Ramada by Wyndham Thunder Bay Airlane Hotel

The place is a disgrace,...

Disliked: We cancelled our reservation. Being seniors they wanted us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The place is rundown. While at the reception, man came over and mentioned someone had broken window in a main floor room.

Worst hotel I have ever...

Liked: The staff are helpful when I request them to change room for three times.
Disliked: Poor conditions and badly maintained. Smoking smell inside the hotel.

Liked: The room is spacious, clean. The swimming poll was closed when we were there.
Disliked: There is no internet signal in my room at all.

Liked: Manager, listen to my concerns about lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. The price was reasonable. Good breakfast included. The front lobby is nice.
Disliked: Urine smell from bathroom floor,mirror had "We just had sex" come up when steam was present. Door locks were sticky. Alot of garbage in hallways and outside every door going outside and overflowing garage cans. And lack of garbage cans at each door. No grass area to potty dogs even though they accept dogs.
