It was a good stay.

Liked: Good location, clean room, good size room
Disliked: We to carry all our luggage up the stairwell. The air conditioner didn’t cool as well as it should have. On Saturday morning the hotel ran out of milk, orange juice and waffle batter.

Value was ok, facility could...

Liked: Quick check in, polite staff.
Disliked: The air conditioner was super loud. The toilet clogged and a plunger couldn’t be provided. So we had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom.

Poor

Disliked: The breakfast experience was not good. No milk, so there was no cereal. No orange juice because they ran out. 2 bagels, 2 cookies, and so on for 200+ rooms. No elevator so the cooler being taken up stairs had to be dragged up the stairs. Bathroom fan didn’t work, blow dryer was broke, fridge was barely cold. A/c unit barely cooled the room even at 65 degrees.
