Liked: The Broken Niblick cook and bartender/server were personable and efficient, and the food was better than expected.
Disliked: When I was searching for a place to stay, the main amenity that I was looking for was a swimming pool/hot tub. Having been to the Ramada before and having a wonderful experience, I didn't hesitate to book. However, upon entering the hotel to check in for our stay, we were informed that the swimming pool and hot tub were closed and wouldn't be reopened until after Memorial Day. My step daughter was especially disappointed, as we had stopped on the way there so she could pick out a swimsuit. I don't think it's beyond reason to be informed of any availability changes in amenities/features at a time prior to checking in, so as to allow for the possibility of changing plans according to what I'd originally booked it for to begin with. I don't feel I should have had to pay the full price given that the swimming pool/hot tub was the main allure for our stay.
