Disliked: Game room didn't exist. Pool could've used a skim. Grill food wasn't worth the $$

Great and relaxing

Liked: Even though at the time they were in construction, they still made it as comfortable as possible
Disliked: All of the construction, but what can you do?

It was ok.

Liked: Everything was ok except for the light on the desk did not work and there should be a light in the entry.
Disliked: I asked for a handicap room and I received a room so far from the lobby / restaurant that we had to drive the car up front to eat after a 9 hour drive.

Disliked: Initially walking into the room, I was excited that there wasn’t carpet. However, the smell was terrible. Myself and husband just drove 9 hours. We had items in our cooler that needed to be refrigerated. The refrigerator didn’t work and was MOST definitely the cause of the terrible odor!!! And the dogs barking. Barking barking. Construction construction. ROGHT ABOVE US! We just needed to rest for another 9 hour drive! I couldn’t take it anymore. I went to the front desk. Ask why I was in the pet hallway when I didn’t have a pet! Told her about the smell and broken refrigerator. She had no rooms to offer me and couldn’t give me a refund. I would have to contact Booking.com. It was rated an 8.3Try 3.8I want my $ back.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice...

Liked: I stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms, which are very clean and spacious without carpeting. The bathroom and the towels in the bed everything was really nice including a refrigerator and a microwave. They have coffee available all day that is decent and their breakfast is excellent. Pool was very nice including towels to use. Front desk staff was especially nice and helpful.
Disliked: They could add some hangers in a place to hang clothes. It also would be nice if they fix the umbrellas by the pool.

Disappointed. I should have taken...

Liked: Seemed safe. Restaurant and pool are nice.
Disliked: My room had no where to hang up my clothes. No closet and no hangers. I had to lay my jacket and pants on the table.The shower had no door and the water got all over the bathroom floor.The bathroom sink drain was clogged.There was no artwork on the walls. Just plain white prison walls.The furniture was pure crap. It was old and worn out. I’ve seen better furniture in a thrift store.
