Despite paying through Booking.com, I was forced to wait at 2:30 a.m. for over 30 minutes because your agent could not confirm my reservation. Peter did nothing wrong, yet your policies put him in an impossible position.I have been informed this is not an isolated incident, which suggests that your company is aware of these recurring issues yet continues to accept bookings. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the legality of your business practices.Your generic corporate response is inadequate.
